Our valuation systems
Each of the principal sectors in which we operate has its own characteristics, which entail different methods of valuation in the quotation we submit to you. In particular:

A text translation is valued in terms of the characters in the resulting text translation, with a minimum charge of € 100.- per project. This means that if the sum total of the resulting character count is lower, you will still be charged € 100, whilst if it is higher you will be charged for the actual total resulting.

A web site localization is valued in terms of the characters in the resulting text translation (both those visible and those in Title Tags, Meta Tags, Alt Tags etc.) , with an additional fixed charge per resulting web page, and a one-off fee of € 150.- for the management of the project. This management fee is reduced to € 50.- for projects where the total charge (counting characters and pages) exceeds € 800.

Software localization is valued in terms of the characters in the resulting text translation. Again, a one-off fee of € 150.- is charged for the management of the project, reduced to € 50.- for projects costing in excess of € 800.

Basic Web Market Analysis is a consultancy service, the cost of which varies according to the target language and the market sector. Charges start from a minimum € 300.

Extended Web Market & Competitors Analysis is a consultancy service, the cost of which varies according to the target language, the market sector and the number of keywords involved, starting from a minimum € 500.

The Targeted Submission Service is a specialist service, the cost of which varies according to the target language, the market sector and the presence of registered/paid services, starting from a minimum € 250.
Language combinations
We are able to cater to all of your translation and localization needs between any two of the following languages: Italian, French, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, Norwegian, Finnish, Polish, Russian, Estonian, Latvian, Romanian, Greek, Turkish, Arabic, Hebrew, Tagalog-Filipino, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean. Upon request, we can also call upon qualified professional translators to undertake projects in other language combinations.
Character calculation
As you will have seen, our translation valuation system is based principally on the keystrokes found (characters + spaces) in the source text. This is a particularly favourable method for the client, who effectively pays precisely for the amount of work involved, irrespective of the length of pages or files to be localized. With text files, the verification is carried out through an agreed character counter. For websites we use advanced software which facilitates the parsing of HTML code, and which is able to eliminate all the extra parts of the code and count only the text (both that visible and that present in the Tags in the <head> of the document, in the Alt Tags, menus etc.) providing an easily read and interpreted final report.
